Our Leadership

True Colors' operations are managed by the Executive Director, who oversees staff (such as interns) and volunteers. Day-to-day operations, programming, and communications are managed by the Executive Director and staff.

The Executive Director reports to the True Colors board, which is comprised of the president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, and board members, and includes representative of the youth board. 

​

The youth board is composed of area youth representing their peers and area schools. The Executive Director manages the youth board, and members provide guidance on programming and needs of the youth served by True Colors. The youth board also serves as a restorative justice program for youth who break the peer-established rules of True Colors.

Both the board and youth board meet monthly.
