Cancel Recurring Donations
We're sorry to see you go! We know that life happens sometimes and we need to cancel or change our donations. This page will help you cancel your recurring donation to True Colors.

We value the support of our community and could not do the work we are doing without you! To set up a recurring donation of a different amount, please visit our "Donate" page after cancelling your current subscription.
Using the website navigation bar, click the "Log In" button.
Sign up as a member of our website. You can use Google, Facebook, or an email address. Make sure that the email address associated with the login matches the one you set your recurring payment up with (the one you receive receipts and payment reminders at). If you're already a member, simply log in.
The "Log In" button will now be a dropdown. Select the "My Subscriptions" option. On this page, choose your recurring donation and click the "cancel" or "unsubscribe" option.

Don't forget that if you still want to make a recurring donation that you can go back to our "Donate" page and set up a different recurring donation (change frequency, amount, etc.).
